Reservations
When you make a reservation with HARITHA, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment details must be provided to secure your booking, and any cancellations or modifications are subject to our cancellation policy.
Payment Policy
- All payments must be made at the time of booking or check-in, depending on the rate type.
- Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and other forms of digital payment as specified on our website.
- Refunds for cancellations or no-shows will be processed according to our cancellation policy.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
- No-show bookings will not be refunded.
Guest Conduct
We ask that all guests behave in a respectful manner while staying at HARITHA. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of hotel policies may result in eviction from the premises without refund.
Liability
HARITHA Hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur on the hotel property.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you for any claim related to the services provided will be limited to the total amount paid for the reservation. We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from your stay.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Andhra Pradesh, India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the revised version will become effective immediately upon posting.
